We don’t gatekeep this info, money and accessibility matter.

    • 60-Minute Session → $180

    • 90-Minute Extended Session → $260

    *Most provinces fees are subjected to taxes, taxes are already absorbed in the rate and will be reflective on your receipt.

    *Intake sessions are considered first sessions. If it’s been six months or more since your last appointment, we’ll begin again with an intake to revisit your goals, update your screenings, and current needs.

    Services are provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.) with the CCPA.

    In Quebec, sessions are subject to sales tax under the Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) designation. In Ontario, sessions are tax-exempt under the Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) title with the CRPO. In other Canadian provinces, applicable GST/HST may apply based on your billing address.

  • You’ll receive a detailed receipt after each session.
    Depending on your coverage, sessions can be reimbursed under:

    • Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) — CRPO (Ontario)

    • Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) — CCPA (nationwide)

    • Naturopath (A.N.Q.) — for Quebec insurance plans

    Clients have successfully received reimbursement through bigger providers such as:

    • Manulife

    • Sun Life Financial

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations or missed appointments are billed in full.

FAQs

How long is each session?

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Extended 90-minute sessions are also available.

How often should I attend?

Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on goals. We’ll adjust over time.

How does session booking work?

You can schedule sessions online at a time that fits your schedule. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a secure video link if your session is virtual. If you’d like to connect first, you can book a free 15-minute consultation before starting therapy.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes, online sessions are available across Canada through Zoom Health, an encrypted video platform for medicals.

Do you offer reduced fees?

At this time, there are no sliding-scale spots available. I know affordability matters, so I do my best to keep my fees transparent and consistent. If cost is a concern, I can provide referral options for community or low-cost counselling services that may better fit your budget.

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is a chance to talk about what’s been going on and what you’d like to work on. There’s no pressure, it’s about getting to know you, and exploring your goals.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes, in my Montréal office, conveniently located downtown.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

It depends on your goals. Some clients find clarity in a few months; others prefer longer-term support.

Can I work with you if I live outside Quebec?

Yes, I can provide online therapy in most Canadian provinces under my RP(Q) and C.C.C. designations.
